Baseball is back!
It was the first scrimmage of the year for the Mid-MO Stars. The team has a few of these scheduled to shake off the rust before the season starts.
John was very nervous and it showed in his arm in the beginning. He played third base and made a couple of bad throws. He also struck out his first time at bat. Once he settled in, his play got a lot better. He had one of five hits for the team and it was a true double. I haven’t seen him hit a ball to the outfield in a long time. It was all-in-all not a bad effort for John.
