I decided tonight was a good night for a Thin Mint Martini. I was really looking forward to a Thin Mint in a glass. However, I haven’t made one of these in a while and I should have written the recipe down when I got it just right. This certainly did NOT taste like a Girl Scout Thin Mint. I drank it, but very slowly. Back to the drawing board…
