John had his first, real work at the dentist today. His back molars had come in, but had not pushed completely through the gums. As a result, he had two cavities form under the portion covered by the gums. This was completely not his fault because he simply could not brush the portion under the gums. Even so, John had to have the gums that were covering the teeth removed and then the two cavities filled. He really did a great job and remained calm, but I suspect that he will never have another cavity again. He hated every minute of being in the dental chair.
