I am enjoying a beer tonight because the announcement will be made at work tomorrow. I have been promoted and given a 10% raise! I will be stepping into the IT Project Director role. Our IT business is growing and we need someone to meet with clients, develop timelines, and then execute the timelines. I will be essentially the project manager for our IT team, so that they can finally focus on programming. I will also be a member of ARC’s Leadership Team. I am very excited to take on this new opportunity and am actually looking forward to work in the mornings! Cheers!
