I had set a personal step goal for January of averaging 10,000 steps per day. I somehow managed to accomplish it, finishing the month with 316,940 steps, even with everything going on. I do so much more if I have a goal, so I set a new one for February – 320,000 steps (an average of just over 11,000 a day) and 10 check-ins at the gym. Between two, 15-minute walks at work today and a trip to the gym tonight, I think I made a good start…
