I definitely got what I had hoped for out of today. While Andy was busy with his meetings all day, I did nothing. I sat by the pool, finished a book, did a little shopping, and just relaxed. It was great! I love the kids, but sometimes you need a couple of days “off.” For the evening, we went to the Silver Dollar Saloon in downtown Nashville with the Sigma Chi group. It was a fun time and it was great to see everyone and meet a few of the other wives. As we were leaving the bar, I stepped outside and saw this little beauty of a sign…
I got a great chuckle and figured it was an appropriate picture of the day! We finished our evening at the hotel bar chatting with a bunch of the Sigma Chi group. It was a great end to a relaxing day!
