Andy turned 42 today and received a lot of birthday wishes from great family and friends! He had already bought his own birthday present (all the expansion packs to Battlefield 3), but we still had a nice dinner and Laura made him a card at daycare. She was so excited to give it to him. When we got to daycare to pick up the kids, she ran to her cubby and gave Daddy her card immediately. She really did a great job! When we got home, the Lowerys stopped by with a card that Alia had made for Andy. It’s quite cute! After some good wine and dinner, we put the kids to bed and then sat down to watch “The Raven” together. It was a quiet birthday, but very nice. Just what Andy wanted.
